  1. The drawer is of solid wood construction except for the sides which are constructed of particle board. The hardware for the drawers consists of camlocks holding the front on. These camlocks appear to be made of a cast pot metal. I doesn’t take much torque to break these camlocks. Despite the hardware issue it is descent sized drawer for the price.

  2. This Chinese-made (which I didn’t realize when I ordered it) dresser is larger than you might expect & looks pretty nice. However, I think the drawers have issues. The drawer sides & back appear to be made of a very light wood (balsa wood maybe?). The drawer front attaches to the rest of the drawer via ‘cam lock’ type fasteners. On mine, two drawer sides split when tightening the cams; like I said, wimpy…

  3. This dresser was bigger than I expected and good quality for the price. I have received compliments on it and there is plenty of space for my baby’s clothes and plenty of room to grow.
